Prayer, Power, and the Holy Spirit
Everything we use in the modern world needs power. Phones, computers, vehicles, cameras, watches, lights, tools… the list goes on. Power fuels everything that enhances our lives in the modern world. We do not travel, work, live, protect, or trade without power. We can communicate across continents, time zones, beyond the atmosphere, beneath the waves, in motion, and at rest. Power lets us do so much in moments today that our forefathers and mothers took days, weeks, months, and even years to accomplish by natural means. What we have today would seem supernatural, even miraculous to them. We rely on power more and more. |

| Without the power of the Holy Spirit we cannot live into the blessings that God has for us. It is power that changes the directions and lives of people. Prayer is the key to this power. When we pray in accordance with the will of the Father, the power of the Kingdom of God is unleashed. When we pray, God is at work. What is impossible for people is possible for God. When prayer, people, and power come together, God does miraculous things that bring glory to Him alone. We will focus on prayer; our engagement in the Holy Spirit and finding that we are in the midst of the plans of the Almighty, that transforms our ideas, dynamics, relationships, families, common purpose, communities and corporate life.
